Website inquiries and real estate transactions
Submitting an inquiry is free and does not commit you to sell, buy, or accept an offer. Information on this website is general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Any purchase, assignment, or listing arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement. Our disclosures explain our role as a principal, potential assignments, and the separate brokerage listing relationship.
SMS and phone communication programs
Sell Now Pros, LLC offers two separately selected communication programs via text messages and phone calls:
- Transactional or conversational: communications about your real estate inquiry, including property details, responses to questions, and appointment confirmations.
- Marketing: property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing.
Optional and separate consent
Each form offers separate checkboxes for acknowledging these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, receiving transactional or conversational communications, and receiving marketing communications. Each checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may submit with every box unchecked. Consent is not a condition of an offer, service, purchase, or transaction. Choosing one communication purpose does not opt you into the other.
Frequency, costs, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at (216) 488-8920 about the messaging program or to withdraw permission for calls. An opt-out request may receive a confirmation message. If you need to discuss a property without enrolling in messages, you can call us directly.
Privacy and information sharing
Mobile information and SMS/call consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
