Sell Now Pros ("we", "us", "our") operates sellnowpros.com. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call or text (216) 488-8920 and we will answer directly.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you ask us for a cash offer, that is:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The address of the house you want an offer on
- The condition and timeline you select, and any notes you write
- Whether you consented to SMS contact
- The page you submitted from
If you are an investor or landlord sending us your buy box, that is your name, company, phone number, email address if you provide one, the asset types, markets, price range, scope, volume, and financing you select, any notes you write, whether you consented to SMS contact, and the page you submitted from.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell profiles, or build behavioral records of your visit.
How we use it
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to price the house or read the buy box you sent us, and to contact you about it. On the sell side that means pulling comparable sales in your neighborhood, estimating what the house needs, putting a number in front of you, and — if we go under contract — matching the house against the buy boxes the investors on our list have already given us. On the buy side it means sending you the properties that fit what you told us you buy.
We reach out by phone, email, or — if you consented — text message.
Your submission is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) so the person handling your house has your details in one place.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or marketing lists. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as our CRM and hosting providers
- Title companies, attorneys, and closing agents, but only if you and we move forward with a transaction
- The buyer we assign a purchase agreement to, if we assign one — they get the property details and what they need to close, never your contact details for marketing
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with
SMS messaging terms
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on either of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Sell Now Pros about your house or your buy box, scheduling, and closing. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase — you can leave the box unchecked and we will contact you by phone and email instead.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier may.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (216) 488-8920.
Sharing
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for the transaction and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling or texting (216) 488-8920, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for a completed transaction.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you entirely. Call or text (216) 488-8920 and we will act on the request.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and hero media is served from third-party media hosts, which means those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the file.
Our role
Sell Now Pros buys houses in Northeast Ohio. When we agree to purchase a house we do so as a principal — for our own account and in our own interest — and we may assign that purchase agreement to an investor on our buyers list or to another third party, who may close in our place. In that role we are not your agent and we do not act for you. The company is not a licensed real estate brokerage; we are separately licensed in Ohio and can list a house and act for its owner, which is a different relationship covered in the disclosures. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and no agreement is binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.

Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
