Information we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you ask us for a cash offer, that is:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The address of the house you want an offer on
- The condition and timeline you select, and any notes you write
- Your separate choices for transactional SMS/phone contact, marketing SMS/phone contact, and acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- The consent wording version and the time your choices were recorded with your submission
- The page you submitted from
If you are an investor or landlord sending us your buy box, that is your name, company, phone number, email address if you provide one, the asset types, markets, price range, scope, volume, and financing you select, any notes you write, whether you consented to transactional or marketing SMS/phone contact, your optional Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy acknowledgment, and the page you submitted from.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell profiles, or build behavioral records of your visit.
Address suggestions
When Google-powered address suggestions are available, the address text you type is sent to Google to find matching properties. Choosing a suggestion is optional; you can enter the address manually. Google processes these requests under itsPrivacy Policy andGoogle Maps Terms of Service. Your name, phone number, and communication choices are not sent with address searches.
How we use it
We use your information to review the house or buy box you sent us and handle your inquiry. On the sell side that means pulling comparable sales in your neighborhood, estimating what the house needs, putting a number in front of you, and — if we go under contract — matching the house against the buy boxes the investors on our list have already given us. On the buy side it means sending you the properties that fit what you told us you buy.
Transactional or conversational texts and calls require the corresponding opt-in choice. Marketing texts and calls require the separate marketing opt-in choice. Marketing may include property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing. Choosing transactional contact does not opt you into marketing, and choosing marketing does not opt you into transactional contact. Each choice is optional; you may submit with every box unchecked. You may contact us directly about your inquiry without enrolling in either program.
Your submission is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) so the person handling your house has your details in one place.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or marketing lists. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as our CRM and hosting providers
- Title companies, attorneys, and closing agents, but only if you and we move forward with a transaction
- The buyer we assign a purchase agreement to, if we assign one — they get the property details and what they need to close, never your contact details for marketing
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS messaging terms
Consent
Our forms provide separate, optional checkboxes for transactional or conversational SMS/phone communications, marketing SMS/phone communications, and acknowledgment of the company’sTerms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Each checkbox is unchecked by default and none is required to submit a form. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer, working with us, or making a purchase. The registered messaging company is Sell Now Pros, LLC.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier may.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (216) 488-8920.
Sharing
Mobile information and SMS/call consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process this information on our behalf to provide the requested services; they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention
We keep submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for the transaction and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling or texting (216) 488-8920, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for a completed transaction.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you entirely. Call or text (216) 488-8920 and we will act on the request.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served with the site. Hero media is served from third-party media hosts, which means those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the file. If you start an offer on the homepage, your property address is temporarily held in this browser tab to fill the next form. It is removed when that form loads and is not put in a page URL or analytics event. Campaign parameters included in a link may follow links within this site and accompany an inquiry so we can understand where it came from. This does not set a tracking cookie.
Our role
Sell Now Pros buys houses in Northeast Ohio. When we agree to purchase a house we do so as a principal — for our own account and in our own interest — and we may assign that purchase agreement to an investor on our buyers list or to another third party, who may close in our place. In that role we are not your agent and we do not act for you. The company is not a licensed real estate brokerage; we are separately licensed in Ohio and can list a house and act for its owner, which is a different relationship covered in the disclosures. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and no agreement is binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
